Complaints about our service
Email [email protected] with your name, phone number, the date you contacted us and what went wrong. We will acknowledge your complaint within two business days and aim to resolve it within 15 business days.
Complaints about a fencer we referred
Your contract is with the fencer, so please raise the problem with them first. Please also tell us. We take feedback about fencers seriously and will stop referring work to a fencer who doesn't treat customers properly.
If you can't resolve a dispute with the fencer, these NSW organisations can help:
- NSW Fair Trading for complaints about licensed contractors and help resolving home building disputes.
- NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal (NCAT) for home building claims that can't be resolved through Fair Trading.
- Community Justice Centres for free mediation of disputes with a neighbour about a dividing fence.
